Jason brings a well-rounded background in facilities management, construction, and operations leadership. Before joining NAI Platform in 2024, he served as Maintenance Director at Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park and held progressive roles at The Grand Healthcare System, rising from Maintenance Supervisor to Director of Plant Operations. His earlier career includes nearly four years as a Construction Foreman at Elite Framing, where he led crews of four to six on residential framing projects, and over five years in retail management with Stewart's Shops.
With hands-on expertise in construction, blueprint reading, and building systems — paired with strong supervisory and problem-solving skills — Jason brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to keeping NAI Platform's diverse property portfolio in top condition.
